Teaching
As per Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” To bring about a shift in society or the world, it is clear that priority must be given to education. Every child in society must have equal education opportunities, as education is their birthright and is necessary for their proper development. Surman Sansthan invites volunteers to teach underprivileged children who want to learn and live with self-respect.

Hygiene
There is a high prevalence of sanitation-related diseases in countries like India, causing many people to fall ill, particularly children. It is widely accepted that childhood is the best time for children to learn about hygiene behaviors. Appropriate hygiene training can lead to a change in hygiene behavior. Surman Sansthan invites volunteers from all our India to teach about personal hygiene to underprivileged children. The volunteer would be expected to teach the children about the importance of personal hygiene and cleanliness in day to day life.

Skill Development
The concept behind setting up skill development activities was to inspire kids to think outside the four walls and to instill critical skills such as creativity, time management, and decision-making. Surman Sansthan is a place where children can learn, develop, explore, and discover themselves to nurture. We are looking for people who want to participate and share talents with us like theatre, poetry recitals, public speaking, dance, music, art and design, storytelling, sports, martial art forms such as taekwondo and karate. It will provide you with a variety of new skills and opportunities to further develop the skills you already have.

Marketing
Volunteering doesn't always have to involve the usual suspects: teaching, cleanliness drives, or skill development. It can also involve applying the modern professional skill, like marketing. Every organization, to a certain degree, requires marketing. In this role, you have to use your communication, research, and management skills to help our organization reach a wider audience and fulfill its mission.

Official Work
In this role, you get to assist the management of Surman Sansthan with office work and take on different tasks like accounting, fundraising, or coordinating and supervising programs.
