Each child affectionately calls our founder, Manan Chaturvedi, ‘Mumma,’ reflecting the immense love and care they feel for her, as she embraces every child as her own. Many of these children once knew little of family warmth, but through Surman, they have grown, healed, and evolved within this supportive environment. Their lives here are filled with joy, love, and a strong sense of belonging. Our mission is to nurture their smiles, empower them to face life’s challenges, and help them find healing from past traumas.
