Surman Sansthan – Refund and Cancellation Policy for Donations
1. Donation Refunds
All donations made to Surman Sansthan through the Razorpay payment gateway are generally non-refundable, as these contributions are intended to support charitable activities.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical errors during the donation process.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, donors must contact Surman Sansthan within 7 days of the donation date via email at surmansansthan@gmail.com
with details including transaction ID, donor name, and reason for refund.
Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the sole discretion of Surman Sansthan.
3. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through Razorpay’s payment gateway to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Surman Sansthan is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
4. Cancellation of Donation
Once a donation transaction is successfully completed on the website, it cannot be canceled or modified by the donor through the portal.
Donors wishing to cancel a donation before completion are advised to stop the transaction before final submission on the Razorpay payment page.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any issues or disputes related to donations, donors should first contact Surman Sansthan at the provided email.
If unresolved, donors may raise a dispute with Razorpay customer support following their dispute resolution procedures.
